HIV/AIDS Stigma

Research on the causes, dynamics and consequences of stigma was undertaken by the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Zambia with partner organizations in the field.

Based on this research, a toolkit was developed for NGOs, community groups and HIV educators to raise awareness about HIV stigma and discrimination and promote practical actions to challenge stigma in communities.
