| Building on previous
work by the USAID Mission, the Synergy Project and
the HIV/AIDS BCC Working Group, the CHANGE Project
assisted in developing a strategy and planning framework
for integrating BCC activities into current programs.
This process was a collaborative effort among members
of the BCC Working Group representing USAID partner
organizations implementing HIV/AIDS activities.
